martabak cheese recipe

 ingredients:
250 g self-raising flour
5 g yeast (Fermipan)
175 ml warm water
2 eggs
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
150 gr sugar
200 ml coconut milk Kara


Contents Martabak Sweet cheese:
Grated cheese
Granulated sugar
Sweetened condensed milk


Directions:
Mix coconut milk with warm water and stir until evenly distributed.
Enter the yeast into the coconut milk is still warm, stir untildissolved, then set aside.
Mix flour and sugar, make a hole in the middle, put the eggs into it.
Mix well, pour a solution coconut milk little by little, untilsugar dissolves, put baking soda, stirring constantly until blended until dough is smooth.
Allow 30 minutes in warm place until dough becomes 2Xtall.

Heat a heavy skillet to martabak.
Spread margarine.
Pour the batter into it 3 / 4 pan.
Cover the pan martabak until half cooked, sprinkle withgranulated sugar.
Close again until the surface dried and the outer layer become crispy brown. Remove and place on cutting board.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the surface, thensprinkle with grated cheese and / or meisjes.
Martabak Cut in half, fold and trim.
Spread margarine.
